R. Steven Hicks,

R. Steven Hicks Mr. Hicks was appointed Chairman of the Board in March 2006. He became a director of the Company in December 2002.

Mr. Hicks is the Chairman of Capstar Partners, LLC, an Austin based private investment company. Previously, he founded Capstar Broadcasting and served as Vice Chairman of AMFM, Inc.
