Timothy J. Lindgren,

Timothy Lindgren Mr. Lindgren has served as a director of the Company since January 2003. Prior to his retirement in the fall of 2008, Mr. Lindgren was a senior vice president for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, overseeing the management and operations of 24 Hyatt hotels in 10 states.

Throughout his 33-year career with Hyatt, Mr. Lindgren held a variety of management positions including general manager of several Hyatt Regency hotels.

Currently, Mr. Lindgren provides consulting services through his own business, The Lindgren Group LTD.
